What is a .ACO file?
The most common data format on the web.
An ACO file is an Adobe Photoshop Color Swatch file - a binary palette storing colors in spaces such as RGB, CMYK, Lab, and Pantone. Open it in Photoshop via the Swatches panel menu (Load Swatches), or import it into GIMP and Krita for free. The file contains only color data, so it is safe to open.
