What is a .TBL file?
The most common data format on the web.
A TBL file is a generic table file, in most cases plain text rows and columns of data, similar to a CSV. Open it in a text editor first to see if it is readable; if so, import it into Excel or LibreOffice Calc. If it came from a specific program such as StarCraft or Pro/ENGINEER, that program is needed to open it.
