What is a .PRFPSET file?
The most common data format on the web.
A PRFPSET file is an Adobe Premiere Pro effect preset, a small XML file that stores saved effect settings such as color grades, motion, and transitions so you can reuse them across projects. It contains no video footage. Open it in Premiere Pro via the Effects panel > Import Presets, then drag the preset onto a clip. It cannot be converted to a video; it is settings only.
