What is a .ASL file?
The most common data format on the web.
An ASL file is an Adobe Photoshop Layer Styles preset - a saved collection of visual effects (drop shadows, glows, bevels, overlays, strokes) that you apply to Photoshop layers. To use it, go to Window > Styles in Photoshop, open the panel menu, and choose Import Styles. It cannot be opened or converted outside of Photoshop.
